Coming Out of the Fitness Fuzz

Have you ever got into a place, where you feel like you’re in a haze? Like you’re not sure what your meant to be doing and you don’t know how to find your way out?

That is me right now. Just in one particular section of my life; eating right and being active.

I have been so focused on my blog, and trying to figure out how to get into a healthy financial position (so we can relocate and build our new home) that I have let my health and fitness go by the wayside. Got to find a way to make my health and fitness a priority. It’s just as important, if not more so, as anything else that is happening in my life at the moment.

I want for this blog to exist and move forward from where it is now. To reach people that I didn’t think would be interested in what I have to say. It’s an amazing feeling that people enjoy what I write. I want to continue to improve and interact. That is why I would like to use this platform to help me come out of the haze. To see things more clearly.

So, I’m putting this out there; if you have been in a similar situation, how did you overcome it? I very much welcome your opinions. Thank you to everyone who takes time to read and comment here and for the continued support 🙂
